INSPIRATIONAL LEADER AND COMMUNITY ACTIVIST

Prior to being CEO of Pennsylvania Care Associates, Tomika dedicated her life for over 20 years as a community activist and social entrepreneur. Since 1994, Tomika has consistently created spaces where individuals can obtain the tools to thrive which led her to found Tea Talk, Inc., a non-profit organization that developed budding entrepreneurs, political leaders, and executives through conferences, seminars, training, and mentorship programs.
