Tea Talk, Inc.
Created training, mentoring, conferences, seminars, recognition platforms, and relationship-building opportunities for entrepreneurs, civic leaders, and community stakeholders.
Tomika McFadden is an award-winning executive leader and entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience building organizations, securing cross-sector investment, creating nationally recognized public-health experiences, and translating complex challenges into practical action.
Her career spans entrepreneurship, economic development, state-contracted care coordination, nonprofit leadership, public-health education, publishing, food enterprise, large-scale event production, and organizational wellness.
Throughout her career, Tomika has built organizations, initiatives, and partnerships that improve how people access health, wellness, leadership, and opportunity. One significant expression of that work was Pennsylvania Care Associates, a state-contracted nonmedical care-coordination agency serving individuals and families navigating complex health and social-service systems. She later expanded the work through PA Care Health & Wellness, creating community-based education, chronic-disease support, preventive-health access, workforce wellness, and cross-sector partnerships.
Earlier in her career, she founded Tea Talk, Inc., providing training, mentoring, conferences, and visibility for emerging entrepreneurs and civic leaders. Her economic-development work included creating a business-retention initiative that secured more than $1 million in funding and helping lead a neighborhood plan associated with $76 million in community investment.
Today, Tomika brings that operational experience forward through speaking, executive and workforce wellness, books, culinary wellness experiences, strategic partnerships, and organizational program design.
Tomika’s executive experience is not confined to one sector. Her record reflects a consistent ability to identify unmet needs, establish credible platforms, assemble partners, and deliver experiences that people and institutions can use.
